When will my order arrive?

Hello, love! Thank you for placing an order with us. We’re just as excited as you are to get these goodies into your hands. Here is how your order is handled:

Every product ordered is made with love just for you. We do not keep inventory (except for original artwork), so each product is hand-crafted with you in mind as soon as you place your order.

It usually takes 3 business days for us to ship your product or artwork. Your custom-made product or artwork will then arrive within 4-5 business days depending on shipping location. So from the moment you place your order, you should receive your product within roughly 7-8 business days.

Please note that we observe Postal/National Holidays, and those are not to be included in business day calculations.

Shipping Locations

Right now we are only shipping to locations within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All original artwork is final sale.

Other custom products:

Since every item is custom created just for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds or price adjustments on these items. However, if you're not totally satisfied with your purchase, we will work with you to exchange it for something that you love.

We also have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee! If you're within the 30 day window of your purchase and decide that a different size/color would have better suited your needs, we'd be happy to issue an exchange! Just contact us at lovekateshop@gmail.com with your original order number, and we'll get you taken care of! 

 

Product arrived damaged?

Original Artwork:

We’re sorry to hear that! If your item was damaged during shipment, please send us photos of the damage, photos of the packaging (this is used when we file claims with the shipper) and your order number to lovekateshop@gmail.com.

Custom Products:

We’re sorry to hear that! If your item was damaged during shipment, please send us photos of the damage, photos of the packaging (this is used when we file claims with the shipper) and your order number to lovekateshop@gmail.com.

Once you do, we’ll send a replacement to you ASAP! No need to return the damaged item (we’ll spare you that hassle!) and we’ll make sure your new item arrives with love and care.
